There are some factors one needs to consider and know about before hand...

Is there a factory rebate included? Are there dealer incentives (cash incentives the dealer gets from the maker)....if you KNOW about those dealer incentives before hand you might be able to use it to negotiate...

How much of the money is going to be cash?
