SUMMER SAUSAGE
2 lbs ground meat
2 Tbs Morton Quick Cure
1 C. water
1 1/2 tbs Liquid Smoke
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs black pepper
Mix well. Refrigerate covered 24 hours. Shape into 3 rolls. Place directly on oven rake or wire rake, uncovered. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes to 1 hour
