What Happens When A Federal Disaster Area Is Declared?
Everybody knows that it brings financial help to the area but... as we have always hear... there's no such thing as a free lunch.
I have heard that when a federal disaster area is declared that this also allows police etc to enter homes without warrants and without homeowner permission.
Does anyone know what other things happen when a federal disaster area is declared?
