There are some very valuable things you need know to be successful manager.
You need to know what your team is thinking.
You need to know your competetion is thinking.
You need to know your entire organization to be successful.
So please the best way to defend your stance either as a solid member of an organization, as a displeased member or former member.
Is to share your view in a non-threating way.
When I read a post that states, "Stop tearing down what is so dear to me".
It makes me wonder how we can approach anyone in area of salvation.
I have seen some of the folks crying foul, not have a problem blasting a core belief of another organization.
The art of converting anyone in religion is at it's core tearing down strongholds these folks have as a foundation in their lives.
Hold fast to your foundation, but listen to others around you.
It can only help make your team stronger and better.
What you can take offense at is someone calling you lost for your stance.
I thought I was on this forum to hear opposing views for me to learn more about my walk with God.

In all honesty I dont think this thread was about - the competetion - it was not meant for good discussion - it was meant as a slam......I agree with you when things are properly brought out...but not the in your face manner..
