Veggies for a Crowd
1 lb. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot medley
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stick butter
½ cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts drained
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crumbled
Mix vegetables together and cook a little. Drain and pour into a 3 quart
dish. Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well with vegetables .
Pour crumbled crackers over the vegetables. Put pats of butter on top of the
crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
