I joined sparkpeople a little while ago, but I don't go to it regularly. I know I should but I just don't get to it.
Anyway how do you know what your BMR is will I find that on sparkpeople. My 2 sisters and I are trying to loose weight for my nephews wedding in August. None of us want to be known as the fattest aunt at the wedding

I would like to loose at least 5 lbs a month, 10 would be alot better!
