Dear Michi,
What plans do you have after you reach your goal? Would you say that you are on a diet right now and will eat the same foods as before but more controlled, or have you adopted a new way of life and have totally rejected certain foods altogether that you intend not to eat any longer?
What's the driving force behind this plan you are on? In other words, what got you to the point to finally say, "That's it, enough is enough..."?
