I've been one of those that early on refused to affirm or endorse the "purpose" teachings. There has been agenda.....not Kingdom agenda but man's agenda....from the very start. When reading and hearing of the "fine print" on his Purpose Driven Church manuals there was no mistaking it. Membership Covenants. How leaders must deal with opposition to PDC directives. On and on it goes.
