This is the easiest and most delicious way I've ever made pork chops:
Brown your pork chops in just a tiny bit of oil on both sides.
Once they're browned, pour over top of them 2 family size cans of chicken noodle soup, right from the can. DO NOT add the water that it calls for.
Cover and simmer on med-low until they are done.
My husband and sons like to take the noodles then and pour them over top of mashed potatoes (I hate mashed potatoes, so that's not for me).
These pork chops are fork tender every single time.
