Does the UPC have a bylaw that says that you have to consult the District Board before you let a non-upc minister preach in your pulpit?
If they do, that's part of the UPC's problem, IMO. If the man preaches
Acts 2:38 and is still Apostolic, then I don't see why that the District Board should be consulted.
