They then waited about three months, which was one day before we were having a UPC preacher come preach that we were not allowed to have this man preach. A letter was received the following week, about three months to late, letting my pastor know he was under question. They actually called the visiting evangalist and informed him that he could not preach for us on the day before the scheduled meeting.

How could they NOT accept his resignation? I mean, that's like an employer NOT letting you quit! It's a free country, folks!
