Just out of curiosity...what exactly is odd about an all-Caucasian board? Or rather, what is odd about it, that is any more odd than the all African-American leadership of the P.A.W., for instance?
Aren't you
assuming that there is no one who speaks a second language? Or do you know that for a fact? And since when does one have to be something other than American-American to be an effective missionary?
If your question is only to say, "Where is the balance?", then why address only the
appearance that there isn't a diversity of races and cultures? (You do realize that you are making assumptions based on the fact that these men have white skin, right?) I have five different ethnicities/cultures in my recent ancestry, yet I am as fair-skinned as they come.
