Mostly right...it was a muslim public school system....because Indonesia is mostly Islamic, but it was not a midrash (or whatever the name is)...it other words it was not an indoctrination center where all they did was read the quran like those we usually hear about. It was considered muslim because the nation itself is a muslim nation. All Christian schools there are private. This was public
