Yep... I haven't heard about the steal/sell on ebay thing you are speaking of but, as with anything, due diligence is required.
I tend to buy from Power Sellers (who could also be Power Thieves for all I know
) or do plenty of reserach to check into what I am buying and who I am buying from.
The guy I bought the van from is an EXCELLENT seller and I will probably buy my next vehicle through him if he is still there (and I have a feeling he will be)
