The California Supreme Court has given it's stamp of approval on sodomy while it's appellate court has ruled that homeschooling a child without being a state licensed teacher is criminal...

All I can say good about them is that, at least, they are having a rehearing on the homeschooling matter, though I don't know when because it is not published on the appellate court's site ...and the Governator's guys have filed an Amicus Curae brief that favors homeschoolers. Hopefully, the court will have it's brain in the right place for this one...
