Well, I went down to an old camp meeting,
It was most for to see the sights,
But I got such a hearty greeting,
that I went back every night.
They had an old time Gospel preacher
From the Good Book he solemnly read
And when he started preaching about soul salvation,
You oughta heard the things he said.
One night he preached about Nicodemus,
said you must be born again.
Without the new birth you cannot enter
and he made it clear and plain.
He said, "Now folks, the way to receive it
is obey
Acts 2:38,
And if you don't hurry and seek salvation,
Then friend, you're gonna be too late."
That's about all I remember and it may not be totally correct.
