then please by all means show me in the New Testament where the world "revival" is used in the context we use it in. Feel free to use any version you like. I am open to textual based correction. Good luck finding it.

... but i would take that to be a personal work, not really a corporate work, and all the froufrou and sensationalism that we roll into the concept .. and the more commonly accepted translation is the word "refreshing"
From the KJV
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
but seriously, it still doesn't hold up the framework of "revivalism" that has been built around the ill used word. My view on it is explained in the thread i made.
