exactly what is the difference between:
Adultery is the voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and another person who is not his or her spouse.
and
Fornication is a term which refers to voluntary sexual intercourse between persons not married to each other.
I would think that in the case of a divorced man and woman fornication could not apply if they marry because they both would KNOW about the other. In the cae of audltery there does not seem to be an OUT. You learn to live with that spouse or you divorce and NEVER remarry.
Does one apply to only married couples and the other to singles?
If so then fornication could only be decided and committed before marriage and only at the time the husband or wife finds out that their new spouse was not a virgin when they married them could that apply.
