The words and phrases that so many of us know so well, he doesn't understand. I've almost given up sitting next to him in church because he asks me so many questions. (No, I wouldn't really do that. Just my human weakness of frustration rearing its head.) I answer all his questions and the ones I don't remember or can't explain, I help him look them up. I'm trying my best to help his early walk so that he can be lead by God to be the spiritual leader of our home.

Good Girl, Sis. Amy,

Couldn't help but think about the verses in I Cor.14:34,35:

"Let your women keep silence in the churches; for it is not permitted
unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience,
as also saith the law.
And if they will learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home:
for it is a shame for women to speak in the church".

Also 1Tim.2:11,12:

"Let the women learn in silence with all subjection.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man,
but to be in silence".

That was a long time ago when the first churches began. But women are
now in Christ too, and there is no difference whether they are male or
female in the church. You would be in trouble today, wouldn't you!

Blessings,
