The COGIC I belonged to never mentioned the trinity (never did witness a baptism though). Unlike the oneness churches I've gone to, they don't seem to be too worried about teaching that they're right and everyone else is wrong.  It was really like that in all the trinitarian churches I attended. It was in the statement of belief, but otherwise nothing was really mentioned that I'd have a problem with today.
