I have been a Republican all my life, but I am so turned off by the fear mongering tactics that I have witnessed this election that I will never support a Republican ever again.
I have one question for Christians. Should it not be that a Christian should be praying and seeking guidance from God as to who His choice is for President of the US? The office of president isn't a religious office, it's an executive office and we need the person who is best able to carry out those executive duties, not whether he reflects our religious convictions.
The Bible makes it very clear that God puts leaders into office and removes them from office. God has a plan and purpose for the US in prophecy and I am convinced that whoever is elected on November 4TH will be God's choice not yours or mine.
What if Obama is God's choice in moving events forward to fulfill last day prophecy? I believe you should vote your convictions, but don't deceive yourself into thinking that your choice or mine is anything but that.
I personally believe that Obama best represents the person who will be most apt to move events on the world stage in the direction prophesied in Scripture. This doesn't mean that I agree with all of his positions on the issues. I could be wrong as to who is God's choice and I guess the election will determine that.
Meanwhile I plan to look at the facts rather than the twisted partisan fear mongering going on right now in conservative circles.

UMM..... Count me shocked. But in fact who we vote for may have a profound impact on the lives of Christians around the world. Do you know what happened in Kenya? And what is now transpiring in Indonesia?
Got to run....
