Re: The word God
God, in the bible, is clear as to WHO it is speaking to in both context, grammar and definition.
In the NT there is one word used, Theos, And the bible says clearly there is ONE Theos. IF Jesus is called THEOS Jesus must be THAT theos.
THEOS is not a name.
Second THEOS is used with definite articles. THE Theos or THE GOD. For example if I said "The President" you would know there is just ONE...if I said A president, you'd know I meant one of many.
Jesus was called THE God...for example He is Emmanuel, Then God WITH us.
Thomas called him "The God of me and The Lord of me"

- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
