When you say that you can understand how the man could get angry enough to shoot at someone who ran him off the road, does that also mean that you could understand how someone could get angry enough to shoot their spouse because they overdrew the bank account?
I'm not saying the other driver was in the right. But NOTHING justifies that kind of violence against another person. NOTHING! If he gets angry enough when something like this happens that he can't control himself and has to shoot the other person, then he doesn't belong on the road himself. If he can't control himself, he has no business driving.
