Man was born blind why would they ask if this man sinned? because some believed the myth about previous life and brought over into the next. Jesus didn't even correct but said "neither this man sinned or......"

I think they asked if he'd sinned because some did not know he was born blind.

I cannot say this is an indication that Jesus used myths, anyway, since Jesus said nothing about the man sinning before his birth. Lack of commenting on such a myth is not evidence he allowed it. Saying Jesus used a myth in the parable and saying Jesus did not correct these folks here is quite a bit different.
