I despise messes. I can not, not, not stand them. But this is the delightful part of having properly trained 9 and 10 year olds. lol
"Mom, can we make mud?"
"No, I already cleaned the kitchen."
"But mom it'll be fun!"
"Ok. You make mud, you clean my kitchen."
"Ok mom!"
They're now cleaning the kitchen.
I'll probably have to help the little ones with their hands, arms, clothes, faces...hair? It's probably in someone's hair....
I have an extremely exhausted 3 year old and 4 year old who have been awake and together since 6 am. (His mom watches mine so I can work, I watch hers so she can work) No one has screamed, cried, been injured, gotten into a fight, or otherwise driven me completely batty. Now we'll clean up, put on a movie, the older three will go to bed and the little two will likely fall asleep in front of the tv. Or, I sure will. lol I'm as tired as they are.
