I agree he is not confused in the least.
All of this wouldn't be necessary if we would just trust God to actually work in people's lives. God knows how to do way more than we can.
I have no problem with ladies not cutting their hair if they feel led and honestly you can read the text literally and come up with that conclusion. But the danger and harms of legalism are so much more than the danger that cut hair can lead to.
