Jesus himself is a manifestation of God remember? God was manifest in the flesh?
1 Tim. 3:16
Before he came to this world inhabited by men he always had a visible presence.
9: In all their affliction he was afflicted, and
the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.
Isaiah 63:9
Do you think when Angels first appeared in Heaven there was no one there for them to worship?
Yeshua said this:
10: Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. Matt. 18:10
The scriptures are consistent that God has always had an image of himself.
