I'm not sure I understand the article completely, and in particular the reference to "Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them. That means the elderly will bear the brunt.", the page reference number in the bill doesn't refer to that specifically. Is that a quote from Daschle's book, or just the assumption of the author?
