Just curious but I have been to Amarillo many times and I dont see the setting for one working there. Unless you have a very walker friendly area that is super busy it would be pretty rough to make something like that work. People are not going to drive out of their way to come to a hot dog cart. Unless its going to be soemthing that you use for mainly certain occasions such as... 4th of July city get togethers... city fair etc... otherwise on a daily basis thing you need to be in a larger area. JMHO
