Just this week I told my Mom that when pastoring a church there are two main types of people
you come across: sheep and goats.... the 3rd group is obviously wolves in sheep clothing
sheep are willing to be led and are content following their shepherd....
goats won't willingly follow and have to be driven to do anything....
notice that pastors are called to be shepherds,
NOT goat herders....
one could easily become frustrated if they are not following that calling....
