I personally don't subscribe to the whole evil Hollywood Machine nonsense. As with anything else in the world, people are out to make money - so they cater to what people want. Some of what comes out of Hollywood is fine - occasionally great. And I will continue to judge things like movies on their merit and avoid blanket generalizations.
