I think this is a good idea for an outreach event. We should always remember the widows and the orphans.
James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
We should always be preaching and witnessing but it is good to combine it with an act of service also to demonstrate our care.
