Does your church or organization have an accountability program in place?

Is it independent and free from conflicts of interests?

How can people who are a part of your group be assured they are investing in a ministry with sound fiscal management and practice?

How can we earn the publics trust when there is no independent third party oversight?
I know what ECFA stands for and I like it, most churches that I know the way they are set up wouldn't qualify, too many pastors want to control everything without question. And not having family run every department doesn't fly well either.
