If Jesus is God Almighty as we believe, then He is also omnipresent. With that in mind, your question can be answered in the sense that He is already here. We must be properly clothed.
Someone posted that it is stretching scripture and those who do those don't know how to interpret it. Well, this is a personal conviction of mine.
Someone else posted to wear long sleeves to be consistenet. I do. Again, this is personal to me.

Er...there is one slight problem with your logic...if we must be fully clothed in God's presence, and God is omnipresent (e.g., everywhere), then that means we must be fully clothed even in the shower or in the bedroom.
