Well first, someone needs to produce evidence that God himself has given the UPC permission/authority to ordain representatives in his name. A purely man-made "ministerial fellowship", as I have been told it is by several people who used to post here would not have any assumed authority to give people magic super-powers (special anointing) simply because a group of men decide that someone is worthy of that mantle...
