I started to see that those who espouse full truth are masters at creating loopholes and riddles.
Had an interesting discussion with a 3 stepper who believes the term "full salvation" in the UPCI"s Fundamental Doctrine from the get go precludes one steppers from the org ... believing this loophole justifies those who believe that it is okay to extinguish brethren with diverse views on salvation.
Actually, the use of the qualifier "full" was very much deliberate when it was included in the AOF ... without it ... there is no merger because no one-stepper will say that the biblical standard of salvation are the 3 steps.
Moreover, "full salvation" and "full gospel" are terms that had a value during the birth of the Pentecostal movement ... among mainline Pentecostals ... and it never connoted "to obtain salvation" but rather that the baptism of the Holy Spirit was part of the full experience post salvation. ....
Loopholes are for those who seek to legitimize their personal agendas ... this perceived alleged loophole is an affront to the merger agreement itself.
But I digress .....I have to question the legitimacy of any WPF General Council member who is not a member of the WPF to participate in the functions described in their bylaws ...
Their vote would, I believe, be void.
This position as described is more than just an advisory position.
