See, I live in an area where there are several Indian tribes. There is a lot of racism here directed at whites. It's strange for me because, as a white woman, I'm not used to dealing with that myself. But I can't help but understand why they feel like they do, yet at the same time, I feel they should get over it and get on with life.
I have to say there are more Indians who are wonderful people than those who aren't. Some tribes are better than others and take care of their people and use their money wisely while others have ghetto-like reservations for their people.
Yes, we have a pretty life today, but it wasn't pretty for the first 380 years after our ancestors first came here.

The public school system is very good about skewing the facts and promoting a racist attitude. History shows that the Indians, indeed, were willing to work with the white people. Some were dishonest in the whole deal, but many were just trying to understand them.
No, this country would never have been great if the Indians ruled with their superstitions and dangerous way of life. They treated the women horrible to name a few.
I will also say that the blacks had a hard time in the beginning, but from all of that they are now the most sought after in the Gospel music industry. I doubt that would have happened in Africa.
We also, through shed blood, came out of England with freedom of expression,
I don't know how the Illegal issue will play out.
But, if they keep refusing to speak English and playing dumb so people will just hand them things, it isn't going to cause any respect on their part.
