I think many or even most all of us are a part of organizations that we don't agree with fully.
The difficulty comes when we are not convinced we are in error even after much prayer, and others feel the same regarding their own positions.
Because of this we continue fellowship with those - not because we are the same but in spite of the lack thereof. Some will see that as compromise, but I see it as maturity in Christ. It is not our own sameness that unites but rather our unity in Christ Himself.
I too realize there are essential minimums of course including the Christ we proclaim.
