I understand what he's saying.
16 year olds aren't the innocent sweethearts of our day. He understands the guy was a perv.
What I see often is young ladies (teenagers) without fathers in their lives and they are looking to be loved and accepted. The sad realization is that many of them (especially at 16 on up) equate love with sex. This jerk showed her some attention, she wants to be loved by a man (father), he's a perv and takes advantage of the situation.
I understand what scotty is saying. Even though it's considered statutory rape, it appears she was willing and that to me is extremely SAD, SAD, SAD and very unfortunate. So many of these girls need fathers and they need to be taught that sex isn't love.
