I believe that God speaks to us about many things, but He will not override the will of a person.
All of those things you mentioned Timmy could be God speaking to someone. Yet in all of that He will not make them do anything.
The Word does say that the footsteps of the righteous man are ordered of the Lord. Yet when we deal with marriage or the will of others God does not make anyone do anything.
