Luis Palau will preach Dan Scott's installation!!
Sorry I beat the CC'ers here to it, but Luis Palau is delivering the Keynote address at the installation service for Pastor Dan Scott. Here is what Wikipedia says about him....

I don't know anything about him...but I heard he is kind of out there. Runs with the Joyner, Bickel and Wagner crowd.
