31“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 32not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, [h]though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their [i]hearts; and I will
be their God, and they shall be My people.

What are the different ways to look at this passage concerning the new covenant?
It is said to be made with the house of Israel and the house of Judah.
I believe dispensationalism and futurist would maybe say something like, it’s between God and the nation of Israel, that hasn’t been fulfilled yet ?
Is that how they see it? “Already but not yet”?
and the NT church for 2000 years are just getting the benefits, even though it’s not really for “us”?
Is that somewhat accurate in what they would say?
It is said to be with the house of Israel and the house of Judah…
Jesus said:
(
Mark 14:24) “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many.
Are we as His ecclesia, (his church) that following Jesus’ resurrection was in
Acts 2, 8, 10, 19, (said to be of Jew, gentile, and whoever else) actually the house of Israel and/or the house of Judah, entered into new covenant with God spoken of in
Jeremiah 31?
As a side note,
Is
Jer. 31:4 “pointing toward” Matt. 16:18?
Jer. 31:4 Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt,
O virgin of Israel!
Matt. 16:18..And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
