yesteday....
yesterday, it was election time for mayors and city councilmen and it is mandatory to vote here...most times we do not even have church as it is mass confusion for the people because they have to get to whatever area or city they are register in to vote but a few of our people did show up even though we had announced no one had to come. We told them the church would be open for prayer.
Brother Alvear and I decided to do something special for those that did show up. We went to town and bought lots of weiners, bread and cokes and had a little surprize for them...It was pretty dark so could not get too many pictures...anyway here is what we did...
