Help! I was looking at some discs with Costa Rica pictures on them, hoping to put some on here. The first disc I put in my laptop and it would never bring up the pictures, so I thought I'd take it out and try it on my regular computer (this one). The little disc drawer makes a sound like it's going to come out, but it doesn't move, so my CD is stuck in there. Is there anything I can do?????
Sherri, there is a tiny hole in the CD drawer that a paper clip will go into perfectly. That is to be used if the CD won't come out. Push the paper clip into the tiny hole and the drawer will open. Voila!!!!! I've done this many times. It doesn't hurt anything. It is what it was designed for.

IF it does not, try shutting down completely then restarting. It should have the hole though.Push straight in. It hits an object then you push it a little and the door opens. It may not come out all the way so you have to pull the CD door with the fingers
