The whole thing is a distraction. He's busy blaming the oil companies for high gas prices while the fed is printing money; which is the real culprit.
He releases it on the day the fed has a press conference and when has that ever happened?

I agree, but then again, there is the principle of privacy and maybe even a certain amount of pride. No other Presidential candidate before was ever asked to show his birth certificate to the general public.

The Secretary of State (Condoleezza Rice)'s office and the Republican Governor of Hawaii at the time, both confirmed and verified the eligibility of each of the candidates. Either we are a nation governed by law or we are not.



I hope this goes to show just how goofy a Trump candidacy will end up being... but probably not.

Exactly, Obama kept the questioning and division going and only came forth on point of threat from Trump. Trump must have some pretty interesting information for Obama to concede to his demands. Obama, at least, feels threatened by him, it appears to me.
