I am an UNCLE!!!!!
My brother and sister-in-law had a little baby girl last week. Her name is Kayla Nicole. I do not have any pictures that I can post yet, but I can tell you that both of her grandmothers, all great-grandmothers, and various aunts and uncles are all pleased to give her a welcome into our family. I will be posting various pictures of her on my blog at some point this month.

Congratulations! I was aunt before I was a Mom. It was, and still is, a very special relationship! There is a special joy in those nieces and nephews. Have great fun with yours! No one will ever be able to fill that part of your heart again.

Congratulations, Bro. Jay, on becoming an UNCLE! You will
enjoy this little one. Our eldest daughter and firstborn was
the first grandchild on my parents side and with nine younger
siblings, you can imagine the excitement. My youngest sister
and our eldest child, were only 2 1/2 yrs apart. They remain
like sisters today!
