Gifts Without Repentance?
What does it mean?
"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance." KJV
"for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable" NIV
Is it simply a matter of His will for your life? Or does it really mean if someone has the gift of the Holy Spirit, of salvation, healing or prophesy they will never lose it?
I have heard stories of backslidden unbelievers healing folks, speaking in tongues as the Spirit gave utterance, or prophesying the future...
What say you? Any thoughts??
