"I'm not supposed to be here!"

I understand that a few people use this forum to make fun and joke around about the things of God. After reading a thread yesterday that mocked God once again I found it on my mind over and over when I was trying to go to sleep last night and didn't understand why. I haven't even been on this forum very long and don't even post here much. Waking up to my clock radio this morning I heard a story of a woman who found herself in a convenience store at the back of the store when a armed robber entered and demanded all the money from the register. The clerk went for the alarm button and the robber said, you just made your last mistake" and shot him and the woman let a gasp out then saw that the killer saw her in the mirror. He went down the aisle and grabbed her by the hair and took her in the back room and she started to cry and said, "please don't kill me I have two children and a husband I want to see again. Please don't... I'm not even supposed to be here!"
Right then the Holy Ghost smote my heart and made me to know that was the reason what I had read on here yesterday was on my mind the night before when I was trying to go to bed.

You may not take this seriously. You may believe that there is no hell, no heaven.

But it's real. You'll remember every church service, every time someone talked to you about God, you'll even remember reading this post. And you'll say...

I'm not supposed to be here!

But it will be too late.

Don't let that happen. Don't wait. Get right with God before it's too late. I don't have any idea who this is for. But it is for someone. God just doesn't do things like this to me.

Understand me I'm not trying to hurt anyone I'm just following what God has asked.

Please talk to God and get right with Him before it's too late.

I know that some people do not believe in God and make fun of him and his word.
Yet I still hang around forums like these because there is always the hope that one of them will eventually repent and turn.

I am not holding my breath but it could happen.

at the least my words will serve as testimony against them for it is another voice that they refused to listen to.

my job is to preach Jesus not to make people believe, that is for them to do or not to do.
I am supposed to preach to unbelievers, and often unbelievers hang around Christian forums in order to make fun of them. well guess who gets the last laugh?

What I find interesting is the pushing, the driving people to do what you want, when God is compassionate and patient.

Yes God is patient, but there will come a day when a person will not be able to appeal to the mercies of God.

There will be judgment, and that, without mercy.

Friends, let's all make sure we live what we believe and know to be right, in line with the Word of God.

Where are you getting this line of thinking? Its not biblical! My bible tells me that the mercies of the lord endures forever. Psalm 136 I believe.

Amen, generally sinners are not waiting with open arms for us to bring them the gospel, we just "plant" seeds, somebody waters and God gives the increase. We cannot forget how we were when we first heard the "good news"...to me it was the "bad news" telling me to repent...That took a while...

Dont give up on anybody brother. I witnessed to one of the most wretched men I ever met at work, put up with him for months and led him to the Lord...Today he is a consecrated minister, business owner(he was sleeping in his car when I met him) and the main reason for "my" financial success.
