Re: Tucker Carlson loves Mike Huckabee
The reason I named the thread "Tucker Carlson loves Mike Huckabee" is because the interview was pretty weak. Tucker Carlson had been through this before with New York hating politician Ted "I wish I was an Israeli" Cruz. So, you would think that going into this interview Tucker Carlson would've had all his good stuff together. Done his due diligence, spent some time in the woodshed, did just a bit of Bible study with individuals who know the ins and outs of a Biblical discussion. He didn't do that all, because he was fumbling in my humble opinion. He also went into the interview by telling the viewers that it was going to be hard for him to do such an interview? Because Mike Huckabee is such a good guy, and that he is a grandfatherly type? Really? Then why even drag us through this interview if you are entering it with a handicap? He is a good guy, and looks like father Xmas in sunshine, who cares. Tucker Carlson at one points apologizes for being a jerk? Again, who cares. We were all waiting for some good cornbread and butterbeans hardball questions. What we got instead was softball and apologies. Yet, still Mike Huckabee proved that he is the Israeli ambassador to the United States and not the other way around. Mike Huckabee was questioned about him meeting with traitor Jonathan Pollard. Which Mike Huckabee says it wasn't a meeting, he just met with him. Mike Huckabee then said "I meet with people all the time." Which Tucker Carlson should've followed up with, "you mean you meet with traitors all the time?" But what was the reason Mike Huckabee says Jonathan Pollard wanted to meet with him? The reason was because Mike Huckabee was nice to Jonathan Pollard, after Jonathan Pollard's wife passed away? Jonathan Pollard supposedly just met Mike Huckabee once, which Huckabee makes out like it was pretty much nothing spectacular. Yet, Huckabee would meet with someone (who he now claims did something despicable) all because he remembers him as a nice guy? Mike Huckabee actively campaigned for the freedom of Jonathan Pollard. Huckabee called for commutation of the sentence while running for president in 2011 and later partnered with Israeli officials to petition for Pollard's pardon. Did Tucker Carlson not know these things? Ah, no. Tucker Carlson knew full well these damaging details, yet didn't smack Mr Huckabee upside his cabeza, because Mike Huckabee reminds Tucker Carlson of Grandpa Walton? Good God in Zion!
Then when Tucker Carlson started in with land borders, Greater Israel, what's a Christian Zionist, his apologies for smacking the Christian Zionists around, and what makes Benjamin Netanyahu a bonafide Jew, and inheritor of the property of Israel. It was pretty much underwhelming. Tucker Carlson could've done a way better job, instead of such a lukewarm bowl of ice cream interview. But in my opinion, the game is already pretty much done. They don't even hide it anymore. While we are eating corn flakes right out of the box, Benjamin Netanyahu is picking up an envelope from the White House.
our Ambassador to Israel, is really an Ambassador for Israel, because his theology is more focused on that country than it is on Christ's death, burial, and resurrection.
