I've Got GEORGIA on my mind!
Yes - I am from GEORGIA and proud of it!
I was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Lived as a child in Jackson then moved to Memphis when I was 9 and then our family settled in Southaven, MS and went to church in Memphis.
When I graduated from High School in 1974 - I moved to Cleveland, TN to go to college then did 9 months in 1976 in Cleveland/Brecksville, OH and then moved to Chattanooga, TN for a year.
In 1978 I moved to Miami, FL - then Hollywood, FL, then Ft, Lauderdale, FL. I lived in Jamaica for for almost a year in 1979.
I then got married in 1980 and moved to Deland, FL and then Orange City where we planted our first church. After 3 years we moved to High Springs, FL and planted our second church. In 1994 we moved our family to Marietta, GA and planted our third church and in 1999 we planted our fourth church in Kennesaw.
In 2006 we moved to Gwinnett County and planted our fifth church in Lawrenceville and moved it to Loganville in 2007 and tripled in size.
We do plan on living and dying in GEORGIA!
I have traveled in 57 nations and I love GEORGIA more than any place I have ever lived.
I've Got Georgia on my Mind!

Re: Anyone from Ga.
That could be why I don't post much on here - People are just so critical! Lord have mercy! While I was doing all that church planting - I was also traveling and planting church around the world. Preaching in 57 nations and establishing Churches, Feeding stations, digging fresh water wells and providing humanitarian relief for many people around the world.

The main concerns here are: Did you do all that in short sleeves? Did you have facial hair?
JUST KIDDING!...
